HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT: To register for an account, click the Register button located on the top right side of our homepage. You must be logged in as a registered user to use the My Account feature. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD: You can reset your password by clicking on the Password Reset button, and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

REGISTERED ACCOUNTS: Registration is mandatory to complete checkout. By registering for an account, you can change or update your customer information, check current order status, and view past orders. All information we receive from you in the registration process is transmitted over and stored on a secure server. You can only access your information after logging in with the unique email address and password combination you created during registration.

ORDERING: Glacier Valley Enterprises accepts orders by phone and online. Phone orders can be placed Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM Central Standard Time. Online orders can be placed 24/7. Please note that items ordered over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday or standard business day. Items that ship freight are unable to be processed online. Please call our office to place a freight order, or fill out the freight form we have linked within those items’ descriptions.

BACKORDERS: Glacier Valley Enterprises works very hard to ensure products are readily available and in stock when you order. If your order includes a backorder item, the following solutions are available to you:

1. We can hold your entire order until the backordered item arrives.

2. If you prefer, we can substitute similar items of your choice and ship the entire order immediately. Nothing will be shipped or charged without your approval.

3. We can ship the items in stock and ship the backorder item when it’s available.

 PAYMENT & PRICING: We ask that all orders be placed online or over the phone with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. While we make every effort to prevent errors, mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CHARGES & AUTHORIZATIONS: Charges are only billed to your credit card once your items ship from our warehouse. You will be charged for the total order at the time of the first shipment, even if your items will be shipped at several different times from different locations. When you place an order on our site, an authorization is placed on your funds in the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your bank to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available. These authorizations may show as “pending,” but they are not charges on your bank statement. They are only authorization requests and will only result in a charge when your items ship.

Please note that credit and debit card providers differ in how long authorizations are held. If the original authorization expires before the funds are captured, your card will automatically re-authorize upon shipment. Depending on your provider, re-authorizations and/or pending transactions will result in a hold on the funds in your account. Although these funds have not been captured, this hold can result in overdraft fees. Glacier Valley Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any fees occurring from this type of situation.

Currency: All of our pricing is listed in US dollars ($).

Purchase Orders: Purchase Orders must be approved by management before the order.

Sales Tax: If you are tax-exempt, visit your My Account page and select “Upload Tax Exempt Form.” If you are not registered, email us a copy of your tax-exempt form to sales@glaciervalleyenterprise.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as fast as possible, so our warehouse strives to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Central Standard Time). Most products ship from our Baraboo, WI warehouse. However, some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case the delivery times may vary. All delivery times are estimates. During the holidays, please allow extra days for your delivery.

Glacier Valley Enterprises, LLC ships most of its products via FedEx, UPS, USPS, SpeeDee (where available), or another parcel carrier. However, for certain large and heavy items, a standard carrier freight service is used. Common carrier items are not available to order online and are noted on the individual product(s) page.

Please call 1-800-236-6670 or fill out the online form for a shipping quote. Shipping charges for common carrier and small package items are calculated by factoring in the weight, dimensions, and shipping distance.

Freight orders are curbside delivered by contracted freight carriers, and these bulkier items may require assistance unloading. You will be asked at the time of the order if you have a forklift available to assist in unloading the freight items. Whether or not a forklift is available will affect the cost of freight. If a forklift is not available, a lift truck will be provided at an additional cost. These shipments require someone to be present when delivered. The carrier will contact you in advance if requested to schedule a delivery appointment. Weather conditions may affect delivery times.

Alaska, Hawaii Orders: We gladly accept orders for delivery outside the contiguous 48 states. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii require longer transit times.

Canadian Orders: Orders shipped into Canada may incur additional duties, taxes, and other fees to cross the border. These charges will be billed to you directly from the carrier and will not be reflected in our shipping costs at the checkout.

Orders shipped via common carrier require a broker to facilitate the import of your items into Canada. You must provide your own broker. We aim to ship orders to Canada in one shipment, but it is not always possible due to stock levels in our warehouses. If we cannot ship your order in one complete shipment, you will be responsible for any additional brokerage fees.

In-Store/Warehouse Pickups: Products in stock at the Glacier Valley Enterprises, LLC warehouse located at 600 South Blvd, Baraboo, Wisconsin 53913, are available for in-store/warehouse pickup. Please place your order over the phone at least 1 hour prior to pick up.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping through the online store. If expedited shipping is required for your order, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 800-236-6670.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: All products that leave Glacier Valley Enterprises are checked and approved for shipment. Upon receipt of the product, inspect all items for damage before signing the receipt. If you should receive damaged goods, note on the carrier’s bill of landing and, if possible, take pictures of the damage and please get in touch with the shipper immediately to report the damage. Do not accept the shipment if the product is damaged.

IMAGE POLICY: We strive to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, despite our best efforts, some product images prove difficult to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representatives, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features or a picture of a similar product.

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature, if available, before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product after reading the description and product literature, please contact us.

Our Marketing Department makes every effort to portray the color of an item as accurately as possible on our site. However, depending on your monitor settings, the color of an item may appear different than in person. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor.

Certain products, such as textiles and fabrics, are subject to dye-lot variations inherent to their manufacturing process. If you are trying to match an existing product in your possession, please get in touch with us at 800-236-6670, and we will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: If you don’t see what you are looking for, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-236-6670 to see if we can find it for you.

PARTIAL CASES: We are unable to split/reduce case quantities of a product when shipping. A full quantity order is required when ordering all of our products. The Glacier Valley Enterprises warehouse at 600 South Blvd, Baraboo, WI 53913 does have a discount storeroom, where we do offer reduced case quantities for products available. Discount store hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM-4:30 PM. Products in the store may vary. Please call or visit our facility in person to see what products we have available for sale and in-store pickup.

Visiting, navigating, and communicating with glaciervalleyenterprise.com will not collect personal information about you other than what you post when placing an online order. Any non-public personal information that you may provide via our site will be used solely for data storage for your retrieval when shopping in the future at www.glacierv.com.
