Trays 8 3/4 x 6 7/8 x 2 1/8 inches deep, are molded from tan color bamboo and sugarcane pulp strong fibers. Use lid No 1119. This tray is microwaveable, refrigerator and freezer safe. This tray can also be used for prepared and cooked foods such as casseroles or hot dishes. Both biodegradable and compostable, BPI Certified Compostable, Meets ASTM-6868, thus substantiate your claims for environmental stewardship. Meets FDA Food Grade for fruits and vegetables.
