These vented lettuce bags are 10 1/2″ wide on top x 4 3/4″ wide on bottom x 11 1/2″ long. They are commonly used by supermarkets and farmer’s markets to hold fresh lettuce. Your endive will look professionally packaged on the shelves at the supermarket or at the farmer’s market. Since the bags are vented both sides, they can prolong the freshness of the lettuce by allowing air to circulate through.
