Microperforated, Vented Plastic Bag, 10″ x 16″ (1,000 pack)

This microperforated bag allows for a quick, uniform cool down and helps keep produce and baked goods stay fresh longer. The bag size is 10″ x 16″ tall, and has many pin size perforated .010″ diameter holes spaced 1/8″ apart through the entire front and back of bag. This allows air to circulate and moisture to escape when the bag is closed. A 1 1/2″ header lip on bag allows for quick wicket loading. These bags are ideal for leafy greens, grapes and bread/baguettes. Material meets FDA and USDA specifications for food contact. Bags are wrapped in four bundles of 250 bags, which equals 1,000 bags per pack.
