Microperforated, Vented Plastic Bag, 11″ x 20″ (1,000 pack)
This perforated venting bag allows for quick uniform cool down and helps keep produce and baked goods fresher longer. The bag size is 11″ x 20″ tall, and has many pin size perforated .010″ diameter holes, spaced 1/8″ apart through the entire front and back of bag. This allows air to circulate and moisture to escape when the bag is closed. A 1 1/2″ header lip on bag allows for quick wicket loading. Ideal for leafy greens, grapes and bread/baguettes. Material meets FDA and USDA specifications for food contact. 4 bundles of 250 bags, 1,000 bags per order.
